Day 01 : Arrival Delhi. Combined sightseeing tour of New & Old Delhi.

New Delhi : Visit Qutub Minar, Humayun Tomb, India Gate, Birla Temple (also known as Laxmi Narayan Temple), Secretariat & President House.

Old Delhi : Visit Red Fort, Chandni Chowk - the old shopping centre, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat & Ferozeshah Kotla - the ruins of of the 14th century fortress.

Day 02 : Morning : Leave by car/coach for day excursion of Agra. En route visit Sikandra to see Emperor Akbar's tomb. In Agra visit the world famous Taj Mahal & the Red Fort. Late evening return to Delhi.

Day 03 : Morning : Fly to Baghdogra. Transfer to hotel in Darjeeling.

Afternoon : Half day sightseeing tour of Darjeeling. Visit Lebong Village which has the world's highest race course, Mountaineering Institute, House of Tensing Norgay & the Botanical Gardens.

Day 04 : Morning : Visit Tiger Hill early in the morning to get panoramic views of the mighty Mt. Everest & Kanchenjunga peaks. On return visit Ghoom Monastery which has an image of the Maitreyee Buddha & contains Buddhist manuscripts.

Afternoon : Free for shopping. Can enjoy Horse rides around the city.

Day 05 : Morning : Leave by car/coach for Pemayangtse.

Afternoon : Sightseeing tour of Pemayangtse - Sikkim's second oldest & perhaps most important monastery. It commands a spectacular view of Kanchenjunga as does your tourist lodge which is perched on an adjoining peak.

Day 06 : Morning : Leave by car/coach for Gangtok.

Afternoon : Sightseeing tour of Gangtok ( the name means 'Hill Top').

Day 07 : Full day sightseeing tour of Rumtek, about 40 kms. away from Gangtok. Visit Rumtek Monastery. Rumtek is now the residence of the head of the Kagyupa sect of Buddhism & the headquarters of the Dharma Religious Center.

Day 08 : Morning : Leave by car/coach for Kalimpong.

Afternoon : Sightseeing tour of Kalimpong. Visit the Tharpa Choaling Monastery. Extending from the town are cool walks along forest roads leading to the Takdah Orchard Center which offers a completely different view of Mt.Everest & the Munsong Forest Bungalow.

Day 09 : Leave by car/coach for Bagdogra airport. Flight to Delhi or Calcutta . Transfer to Hotel.

Day 10 : Transfer to airport for international flight. DEP: Delhi or Calcutta
